There is so much history in Berlin - World Wars, Nazi Party and of course the Berlin Wall. It would be impossible to really appreciate this city without doing a walking tour to cover all the facts. Now i have been to the sight where Hitler is reported to have committed suicide (if that is what really did happen?!). Berlin was badly bombed in the second world war in fact it was the worst bombed part of Germany and therefore there isn't alot of historical sights left. I think the most fascinating for me was the history of the Berlin wall and how a city can be divided into two, imagine waking up one day and having a wall erected dividing your city into two.
