Piran was like a breath of fresh air with its deep blue sparkling ocean, pastel coloured homes, terracotta roof tops and friendly locals. It was quiet and relaxing and after coming from Venice felt like it hasn't yet been discovered and spoilt by mobs of tourists. Perhaps Piran is my favourite spot so far?!?!
